New mini and micro ROVs from EPRONS plus compact observation systems from Ocean Robotics.
New observation and inspection-class ROV systems through Dockstr; SEAMOR Mako and CHINOOK, Rovtech Valor (Digit-Class), EPRONS and the Ocean Robotics Pearl. Pipeline, hull, structural and asset inspection.
Dockstr’s new-build portfolio reaches up to light work-class. Heavy WROV and construction-class systems are brokered through the secondary market desk.
Underwater ROV systems through our authorised manufacturer partners, covering micro, mini, observation-class and up to light work-class vehicles for offshore energy, defence, ports, fish farming and ocean science. Heavy work-class spreads are not part of the new-build line; those requirements are brokered through the secondary market desk.
SEAMOR for modular observation builds; Rovtech for Digit-Class observation and the Valor; EPRONS for mini and micro systems; Ocean Robotics for observation through to light work-class.
Micro and mini vehicles, observation-class workhorses, high-bandwidth observation, and Ocean Robotics’ larger intervention variants.
Every new build ships with the manufacturer’s full factory warranty, FAT documentation and operator manuals.
Spares packages and service-level options are priced in alongside the system, not bolted on after handover.

Specify operating depth, payload and deployment vessel. We confirm scope with the manufacturer and return a full proposal covering the system, tooling, spares package, training and lead time.
Manufacturers evaluating distribution in our regions can engage the same desk. We extend reach into operator and contractor fleets without diluting your brand or pricing.
The right vehicle starts from the job. Harbour security sweeps, hull inspection, wind turbine foundation surveys, shallow-water intervention and light tooling work all map to different classes, payloads and deployment requirements.
Our desk walks through depth rating, tether length and management, sensor payload, manipulator requirements, vessel deck space and LARS interface before recommending a brand. Where two manufacturer partners bid the same enquiry, we present both, then leave the choice with the operator.
SEAMOR Mako, harbour inspection configuration.
Our OEM partnerships cover micro, mini and observation-class vehicles across all four brands, and reach into intervention and light work-class through Ocean Robotics. They do not extend to heavy work-class (WROV) or 250hp+ construction-class spreads.
When a project genuinely needs heavy work-class capability, we are honest about it. The secondary market desk handles late-life and ex-fleet WROVs in volume; in most cases that is a faster and more capital-efficient route to a heavy spread than a clean-sheet new build through a third-party OEM.
Ocean Robotics; the upper end of the new-build line.
Standard production systems, factory options and ancillary tooling are inside the distribution scope. Custom-engineered variants are priced case by case by the OEM’s engineering team with Dockstr managing the commercial wrapper.
Spares packages, recommended consumables, training courses and extended service contracts are quoted alongside the base vehicle. The aim is a single PO that closes equipment, operational support and training in one move.
Rovtech Valor; Digit-Class observation control.
Specification at week zero; OEM quote and lead time at week one to two; PO and build slot confirmed at week two to four; manufacturing window of 6 to 16 weeks depending on class; factory acceptance test attended by Dockstr; freight, customs and delivery; site acceptance test and operator familiarisation on the deployment vessel.
We stay in the chain through every gate. After handover we remain the commercial line for spares, service contracts and upgrades; and for any future divestment through the secondary market.

Micro vehicle for confined-space and hull inspection
A typical ROV spread; control van and HPU topside, A-frame LARS over the side, tether management system in the water column, and the vehicle working off the TMS.
Most new-build enquiries are scoped against this kind of spread; the vehicle is only one component. Where the host vessel does not justify a TMS, the umbilical runs straight to the vehicle.
SEAMOR Marine (modular observation; Mako and CHINOOK), Rovtech (Digit-Class observation; Valor), EPRONS (mini, micro and compact observation) and Ocean Robotics (observation through light work-class; Pearl). Each is a formal distribution arrangement.
Up to light work-class only. Heavy work-class and 250hp+ construction-class spreads are not part of the new-build portfolio; we broker those through the secondary market desk, where used WROVs come to market regularly.
Mini and micro EPRONS systems typically run 6 to 10 weeks ex-works. SEAMOR Mako and Rovtech Valor observation builds typically fall in the 8 to 16 week band, depending on configuration. Ocean Robotics light work-class variants run longer and are quoted against the mission spec.
Yes. Cameras, sonar, USBL, cathodic protection probes, laser scaling, sample baskets and manipulator selection (where the platform supports it) are all priced inside the same proposal.
Yes; operator training is included on most systems and can be delivered at the OEM facility or on the deployment vessel during SAT.
