What sits inside the diving distribution agreements
Surface-supplied side: helmets, control panels, umbilicals, dive control containers and gas management. Saturation side: chambers, bells, sat control, life support equipment and hyperbaric reception facilities.
The desk walks the buyer through scope, vessel interface, documentation requirements and class acceptance before locking the proposal.

Buying a complete spread vs. a refresh
Full spreads (new DSV build, fresh contractor mobilisation) take 16 to 36 weeks depending on complexity. Component refresh (replacement helmets, new dive control, panel upgrades) runs much shorter, often inside 10 weeks.
Where a refresh is the right answer, we say so. Replacing a single helmet generation on a working spread does not need to wait on a clean-sheet redesign.

Class, IMCA and flag-state documentation
Diving equipment sits inside a regulatory envelope: IMCA D 023 and D 024 audits, class society approvals, flag-state acceptance. The OEM ships the documentation pack with the system, and Dockstr stays in the loop through the operator’s first audit cycle to close any post-delivery clarifications.

Can I order a complete new-build saturation system through Dockstr?
Yes. Complete saturation diving systems are available new through Smart Dives, for whom Dockstr holds European exclusivity and global representation, including living chambers, sat control, bell and LARS, TUP and hyperbaric reception facilities. Build time depends on configuration and is confirmed in the quote.
Are the systems IMCA and class-compliant?
Yes. New diving equipment ships with the documentation pack for IMCA, class society and flag-state acceptance. Smart Dives and the supplying OEM stay involved through the operator’s first audit cycle.
What is the warranty on a new diving spread?
Standard OEM warranty terms apply; typically 12 months on the system with extended cover available on selected components. Dockstr’s distribution arrangement does not interrupt cover.
Can you help with dive-team familiarisation?
Yes; operator and supervisor familiarisation is arranged through the OEM commissioning team, on the vessel or at the manufacturer facility.
