Navigating complex equipment markets.
Since 2017, Dockstr has been the independent intermediary for marine and offshore equipment, with hundreds of transactions across 60+ countries. We combine hands-on brokering, independent advisory and direct manufacturer partnerships.
Dockstr is an equipment-centric partner for the marine and underwater industries. Since 2017, we have built a reputation for sourcing and transacting both new and second-hand equipment worldwide, across ROV, diving, survey, offshore construction and marine equipment. Our role is to bring clarity, market access and execution capability to equipment sourcing and transactions in complex, demanding environments.
We work across three lines.
With three decades of experience across offshore operations, marine engineering and capital projects, Dockstr’s founders built the firm to professionalise the secondary market for marine and offshore equipment and to act as a credible commercial partner for manufacturers entering or expanding in the sector. Dockstr is a European company, operating through Dockstr LTD in the United Kingdom and Dockstr AB in Sweden.
Dockstr works globally, covering offshore wind, oil and gas, subsea cable and telecom, hydrographic survey, ocean science and naval operations, supported by a network of specialists and partners. From valuation to closing, we run the full transaction under one roof, backed by technology and market intelligence drawn from real mandates.
Each engagement begins with the asset and the operation. Whether the brief is to divest a work-class ROV spread, source a saturation diving system, value a fleet of survey vessels or distribute a new product line, Dockstr scopes the commercial context first, then brings together the right mix of brokering, advisory, distribution and valuation.
Dockstr is a team of senior practitioners with direct experience across offshore operations, equipment and transactions. That experience is the service: clients work with people who understand the asset class, the counterparties and the commercial stakes. Behind the team sits real infrastructure: the Dockstr marketplace, with a network of 9,000+ companies across 60+ countries, and a transaction dataset that informs each mandate.
